Delivery Delays UPS & EU Orders 2021 

Despite the additional measures that Classicbikeshop, and UPS have taken to ensure that cross-border trade between Great Britain and the EU, moves in the most efficient way, unfortunately some shipments are experiencing delays. Localised Covid-19 cases, and isolation requirements are also disrupting many shipment routes, including air freight to outside the EU. 

There are also numerous secondary issues with localised tax/duty requirements.

We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience, and share our customer's frustrations.  

UPS Global have assured us, that Classicbikeshop are providing all the necessary paperwork required, and that normal service routes should get back to normal by early March 2021.

We'd like to thank all our export customers for their patience at this time, and we can assure you, that we are chasing up delayed orders on a daily basis.

We are still operating all our export services with UPS, but some delays are inevitable over the next few weeks.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused! 

 

Royal Mail Orders

Royal mail orders are unaffected at this moment and are being delivered as normal.

 

Brexit & EU Orders

  1. All sales to EU countries will be charged without 20% UK VAT. This will be calculated by our website.
  2. Your order will be sent on our usual service, with an invoice sent digitally to your countries border for clearance.
  3. You may then be contacted by customs in order to pay any VAT or fees
